Cancellation conditions
30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged at anytime after the booking. Once the reservation is formalized, cancellation will be free up to 14 days before arrival. After that date, the advance of 30% of the total reservation will not be returned in case of cancellation or no-show.
a-Any change in booking details, number of people or nights shall be communicated to Paraiso de los Pinos, with a minimum of 21 days in advance.
b-A within 21 days of entry no changes.
c-Once you have completed the reservation, 30% of the total amount of the booking will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
d-All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email or fax. No cancellations or changes by phone.
e-If Paradise Pines was unable to provide the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer to a property of similar characteristics. If you are unable to reach an agreement, both parties are authorized to cancel the lease. In this case, Paradise Pines, reimburse the customer all monies paid (except the part corresponding to the length of stay was used, if any), with nothing but claimed no party by reason of the booking.
Cancellation penalty

Booking conditions
1 - The rental accommodation is the acceptance by both parties of the conditions agreed between Paraiso de los Pinos and the client during the contacts by phone or by mail.
