Cancellation conditions
Once the reservation has been formalised, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After that date, the 30% deposit of the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
a- Any change in the booking details, number of people or nights must be communicated to Paraíso de los Pinos at least 21 days in advance.
b- No changes will be accepted less than 21 days before arrival.
c- Once the reservation has been formalised, the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
d- All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by telephone are not accepted.
e- Should Paraiso de los Pinos be unable to provide
client with the property he/she has booked, Paraiso de los Pinos reserves the right to transfer him/her to a property of similar characteristics. If no agreement can be reached, both parties are authorised to cancel the rental. In this case Paraíso de los Pinos will refund the client all the money paid (except for the part corresponding to the days of stay already made, if applicable), with nothing more to be claimed by either party on account of the reservation made.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking from 2025-05-16T00:00 at 00:00 will have a penalty of 61.83
Booking conditions
1 - The rental accommodation is the acceptance by both parties of the conditions agreed between Paraiso de los Pinos and the client during the contacts by phone or by mail.
2 - The basic facts are stipulated rent and fixed in Reservation Data sent via email to the customer before he made the payment for the reservation.
3 - The final price and the number of people and nights you will take the client is specified in the Booking Confirmation. Such confirmation shall be delivered to loa key collection.
4 - The remaining payment of rent for accommodation, if any, must be paid to the collection of keys.
5 - The client, a collection of keys, accepts the conditions under which the property is located. Any malfunction must be reported by over 2 hours.
6 - The client is responsible for any damage that might arise during your stay at the hotel.
7 - will not accept any more people in a housing which provides for the voucher booking.
8 - 4.40€ Tourism fee per person per night is excluded.
